UI/UX Designer

For our client based in the Zurich area, Next Ventures is urgently seeking an experiened UI/UX Designer for a new contract role.

Experience requested:

1. Bachelor/Master in Human Computer Interaction (HCI).

2. Able to speak English and German.

3. Methodologies: Experienced in user research- usability testing, on-site interview, focus groups

4. Willing to travel Europe countries and North America.

5. At least 5 years experiences in a User Experience role.

6. Must have strong communication and collaboration skill with a team.

7. Ability to interact and communicate to real users (salesperson, customer service representative, General manager and etc.)

8. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final product

9. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness.

10. Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effective communicate interaction and design ideas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with business counterparts to define implement innovative solutions for the web based application direction, visuals and experience.

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final product

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness.

Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effective communicate interaction and design ideas.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven UI experience

Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies.

Solid experience in understanding user experience and creating storyboards, user flows and process flows.

Ability to present your designs and your solutions to various stakeholder.

Bachelors/Masters in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or related.
