UI Interaction Designer

UI INTERACTION DESIGNER WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Master's Degree in a design-related field (Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors or Graphic Design)
- Five years of work experience designing complex desktop or web applications
- Outstanding conceptual and interaction design skills and a proven track record of designing and shipping successful software design experiences
- Proven leadership in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process
- Excellent problem-solving as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Defining user models and task flows for new tools products and features
- Developing storyboards, mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas
- Creating documentation (designing specifications, pixel perfect mockups, animations) that enables developers building software that fosters a delightful user experience
- Collaborating with and developing mutual respect and trust with product managers, engineers, researchers and designers
- Participating in user experience research and usability studies
- Leading regular design reviews and participating in team-wide design efforts
