UC4 Technical Support Analyst

Projektbeschreibung
The candidate supports multiple UC4 installations. This technical support includes software installations, upgrades, and support pack implementation, performance tuning and troubleshooting. This position requires some after-hours planned maintenance (also on weekends) and on-call support.
The candidate also provides support activities for existing UC4 installations.
This include
- Responsible for the system infrastructure and design, ensure high availability of UC4 systems
- Responsible for system and utility installations
- Provide support mainly to the Batch Teams
- Monitoring of the systems leveraging CCMS/UC4 based alerting,
- Performance tuning via maintenance of job plans, configuration of logon groups, and work process distribution
- Problem analysis & solving,
- Participate in projects (related to SAP system upgrades, UC4 System upgrades)
- Maintain the non-business clients in UC4
Location: Budapest
Duration: 12 months + extensions
Start date: ASAP
