UC4 Support Engineer

UC4 Support Operator
8 month contract
Dublin City Centre

We currently require the expertise of an experienced UC4 operator for a role in Dublin City Centre

Requirements of role:
Installation, administration and support of Automic (UC4)
Optimisation of Automic environments in line with best practice
Diagnosis and remediation of problems in Automic environment
Act as a contact for customers and other support teams on technical issues
Manage incidents relating to Automic as they arise
Monitor and manage support queue for Enterprise Operations
Attend meetings and reviews as required
Share technical knowledge with colleagues

Technical Skills Required:

Essential
2+ years Automic including:
* Exporting and importing objects
* Scheduled and recurring execution of tasks
* Monitoring and controlling active tasks
* Installation of Automic components
* Automic Administration
* Automic utilities including Scripting
* Windows PowerShell
* Process design
* 3+ years Microsoft Windows Server 2008 & 2012 technologies and administration
