UAT Tester - Dublin 2

Support the Regulatory Reporting Team for the in User Acceptance Testing of the Regulatory Reporting Application.

ROLE:

- Generate agreed Regulatory Returns in the application using the provided data through a variety of cycles of UAT
- Assess, compare and analyse UAT results with expected results
- Maintain database of UAT results, defects and resolution
- Categorise and follow-up on all noted issues both with project team and on vendor application software until either resolved or accepted by business
- Documenting of anomalies and issues for investigation by business
- Document UAT results for business sign-off and future project audits
- Develop application instructions for future users and future test phases

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Strong numerical skills/background
- Ability to work on own initiative within the agreed Test Scope and Plan
- Highly efficient and good time management to ensure optimum progress made on UAT
- Previous testing experience of other Finance/Reporting applications
- Strong attention to detail, and good Excel and Word skills in order to record and document UAT results and compare to expected results

DESIRABLE:

- Financial Services expertise, in either a Finance, Reconciliations or Regulatory Reporting function
- SQL skills
- Previous Regulatory Reporting Experience in Ireland
- Accountancy background
