UAT/BAT Test Analyst

Require Two Experienced Test Analysts for a six month contract starting immediately.
Must have extensive telecoms and billing experience and an indepth understanding and insight into the telecoms customer life cycle across:
- Sales/Order Mgt - Provisioning - Support - Bill - Reporting - Terminate Customer - Winback Customer
It is essential that the analysts are self-motivated and have a demonstrable history of delivery in a complex programme environment. An in depth knowledge of telecoms business processes is essential as resources would be required to translate multipath customer journeys into a cohesive business test set within a short timeframe.
Responsibilities:
Support in the development of the BAT Test Plan
Define the BAT Test Cases and Test Scripts. Test Cases are to be devised for the key Customer Journeys
Define the BAT Test Data Requirements to enable the execution of the BAT test cases
Support the definition of the BAT Test Entry Criteria
Support the definition of the BAT Test Exit Criteria across the various business unit stakeholders
o Finance
o Sales
o Customer Care
o Product Development
CO-ORDINATE THE EXECUTION OF BUSINESS ACCEPTANCE TESTS ACROSS THE BUSINESS UNITS
ESSENTIAL EXPERTISE:
5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN A TELECOMS ENVIRONMENT
EXTENSIVE UAT/BAT EXPERIENCE
EXTENSIVE BILLING SYSTEM EXPERIENCE
EXCELLENT QUALITY CENTRE EXPERIENCE
