Role: UAM and OM Lead - SAP
Rate: Up to £750p/d
Location: Canary Wharf
Contract Length: Until 30/12/15 initially with a view to extend
The UAM and OM Lead - SAP will:
*Engage with business leads across the globe to define organisational data structures and come up with creative solutions to meet business needs while ensuring a defined data structure.
*Lead User Access Management design, accounting for changes in data structure to ensure appropriate levels of access are controlled across SAP.
*Able to provide direction and recommendation for best practices around User Access Management and authorisation with data privacy controls in place
*Technical knowledge of data elements, SAP structural authorization knowledge and advanced Excel skills with strong logic/design skills to solve technical challenges.
*Manage project work-stream end to end through the project life cycle including but not limited to the design, user acceptance tests, service readiness tests and cut-over planning
*Apply change management and control methods and may provide PMO support to the overall project inclusive of project logs, status reports, communication/project plans etc.
Experience for the UAM and OM Lead - SAP
*Strong SAP Security, GRC and SOD knowledge
*Experienced HR Change Programmes
*Solid understanding of SAP OM and PA as well as impacts on SAP roles and authorisations
*Strong systems skills, preferably SAP
*Advanced Excel skills
*Strong analytical skills
