TV Flash Application Design & Developer

My large berkshire based blue chip Client is urgently recruiting for a TV Flash Application Designer / Developer to be responsible for the architecture and development of Flash applications for my Clients Set Top Box.
I am looking for a proven Flash Developer, experienced in designing and developing in Adobe Flash, the Candidate must be an excellent communicator, capable of assisting the team in the development of ActionScript 2 applications.
My Client is currently developing a suite of applications to roll out on a new set top box which will be equipped with Adobe StageCraft 1.2 platform delivering a Flashlite 3.1 runtime environment.
I am looking for the right Candidate to have developed Flash applications using ActionScript 2, have the ability to document application design in UML, have the experience of using application design patterns such as MVC and can demonstrate an aptitude for computer programming, preferably in a language such as Java, C or C++.
It would be a distinct advantage to have experience of developing for a Flashlite 3.1 environment preferably for a set top box using Adobe StageCraft, if not then mobile phone applications.
