Turkish Speaking Recruiter

Specific Job Requirements
*Support Regional Talent Acquisition lead with geography specific recruitment activity (attraction/selection/offer management/integration)
*Partner with hiring managers and HR Department to develop a systematic and clear recruitment strategy to fill the vacancies. Positions will vary in scope and level across the company, with specific focus on commercial roles for Turkey.
*Responsible for the life cycle of the recruiting process. Emphasis will be placed on direct contact to potential candidates, industry networking, utilizing internal referrals, and the use of multichannel sourcing to attract a diverse pool of top talent.
*Utilize prior successful experience in filling demanding Biopharmaceutical positions.

Specific Education and Experience Requirements
*Typically requires a BA/BS degree, preferably with an emphasis in HR or Business. Biopharma experience preferred.
*CIPD or equivalent qualification desirable
*Experience as Search consultant or in-house recruiter in the biopharmaceutical industry is preferred or within a more technical sector.
*Turkish is required
*Experience of recruiting in Turkey and across Europe would be beneficial
*Solid and proven experience in internal/external search and/or agency recruiting within the biopharmaceutical industry will be considered
*Demonstrated experience in building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing.
*Demonstrated skills in working with all levels of company management to manage life cycle recruiting.
*Significant experience with screening, interviewing (Competency & Behavioural based), and managing the offer process.
*Strong experience with Professional/Social Media, Job Boards, the utilization of company referral programs, and networking to achieve recruiting results.
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant tracking systems and HRIS Systems would be a plus.
*Must be able to work in a high performance, high demand and high energy environment.
