IS Recruitment are looking to recruit a first class Turkish speaking HR and Customer Services Administrator to work within our global client's multi-lingual HR Shared Services Centre based close to Heathrow in the Uxbridge area. My client is looking to pay £15 per hour for the initial 6 month contract.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Speaking and written communication to internal employers and associates throughout Europe with a special emphasis on Turkey (and other central European countries such as France and Germany)
- Supporting and advising employees on best practice
- Working alongside the HR team with processes, procedures and problem solving
- Translation of emails and documentation
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Fluent speaking and written Turkish language skills
- Previous experience as part of a multilingual HR and/or recruitment team (HR Shared Services, Talent Management, etc) would be a major bonus
- Excellent customer service and relationship skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
- The ability to work independently
- Basic IT skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Degree educated or equivalent
