Tuition Assistance Program Manager Job

TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM MANAGER needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA (OR PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA).

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Program management/launch
- Good writing skills
- Corporate program design toolsand intermediate knowledge of corporate program design tools & methodologies.
- Great writing skills needed
- Ability to network quickly and gain partnerships across many business units
- Experience with a program launch, a must.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Will have familiarity with program design process including the tools and methods used to create effective Tuition Assistance Programs
- Experience or exposure to the following will be optimal: recruiting, retention, succession planning and employee engagement
- Knowledge of principles and methods for program management, design and operations, internal marketing for individuals and groups, and the business impact metrics knowledge measurement is a plus
