TSYS, TS2 Focused Project Manager, Credit Card Migration, Bank of America, Chester 12 months

Bank of America are looking to appoint a Project Manager with experience in Migration and in particular an in-depth knowledge of TSYS and TS2, you will be based in Chester on an initial 12 month Contract.

You will be involved a major Credit Card Migration project at all levels

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities -
-Deliver and manage the Product Management & Marketing project within the Merlin Programme including Product Set Up, Payment Allocation, Interest Calculation, Fees, Minimum Payment Calculation, Scheme Management, Rewards Set up and management and Promotional pricing set up, configuration and Campaign Management. The role includes end to end project management of all technical and business process change within this project.
-Lead/manage cross functional project teams and work-stream leads working on the Product Management & Pricing project including sub work-streams.
-Manage stakeholder relationships including engagement with key contacts at MBNA Vendors and Third Parties.
-Financial management responsibility
-Identify risks and issues and manage these through to resolution, including escalation within the Merlin programme structure where required.
-Ensure projects are managed within Enterprise Governance standards where applicable
-Ensure all Merlin Programme standards and processes are adhered to including providing appropriate status reporting as needed

Essential Experience and Technical Qualifications -
-TSYS TS2 experience
-Credit Card Product Configuration & Product Set up
-Credit Card Migration experience
-TSYS Options Management
-Experience leading programmes/project teams to translate strategies into deliverables
-Experience of delivering large/complex projects
-Experience of influencing across a Matrix environment: across geographies/with vendors or 3rd parties
-Proven budget and expense management skills
-Experience of Product & Pricing Configuration and Set Up

Preferred:
-Financial services experience
-Project management certification
-Experience of large scale system migrations in the Product and Pricing functional area
