TST PMO wanted within an international bank based in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Structuring, scheduling and levelling project plan
- Planning resource allocation and dependency tracking
- Tracking Capex and fixed price as well as managing status, forecast and project accounting
- Monitoring and managing risk and issue as well as controlling quality management
- Coaching and supporting the PM
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- Qualification in PM such as Prince2, PMI or similar
- Solid knowledge of the project life cycle and PM tools
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint as well as good understanding of IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication/presentation and report writing skills
START: ASAP
DURATION: 6MM++
