For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a Project Management Officer for a 6 months' contract
Role involves
Planning
Project plan structuring, scheduling and levelling
Resource allocation
Dependency tracking
Financial Management
Assistance in business case development and tracking
Capex and fixed price tracking
Status, forecast and project accounting
Controlling
QA Mgmt.
Risk and issue monitoring and management
Reporting & Communication
Progress, status and forecast
Exceptions
Communication concept including tools (Intranet, mails, internal meetings)
PM Coaching and Support
Qualifications:
Essential:
3 years experience in project management/project management office
Project management qualification such as Prince2, PMI or similar
Thorough knowledge of the project life cycle and PM tools such as MS Project
High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure
Project financial management
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent communication/presentation (oral and written) and report writing skills
High degree of flexibility with a "can do" attitude
Strong problem solving skills
Solution oriented
Good interpersonal and influencing skills
Able to manage conflict
Experience of dealing with senior management
Proactive, driven and energetic
