TSM Specialist - 3rd Line

My client, a leading provider of IT communication and support services, are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Analyst who has previous experience and exposure supporting IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) at this level. The successful candidate will be based at their prestigious offices in Hatfield.

The successful individual will have substantial exposure and experience with IBM Tivoli Storage Manager and will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a variety of customer issues and incidents. You will also be responsible for cross training colleagues with regards to IBM TSM

Key Responsibilities

Diagnosing and resolving customer issues and incidents Raising incidents Managing incidents Producing reports Communicating with the customer via phone, email and face to face Using customer and supplier tool suites Automating daily tasks Create and propose improvements to customer environments Cross training colleagues
Key Skills
