Our client is an international Tier1 bank located in Zurich.
In order to deal with increased workload in the trust department, we are looking for a contractor/consultant acting as Trust Administrator.
START DATE IS ASAP.
The assignment is planned until end of the year with optional prolongation.
Tasks
- Active administrative support to the Trust Officers in the set up and closing of structures
- Opening and closing mandates in the data system known as ViewPoint, opening of physical files, preparation of checklists, opening of bank accounts
- Assistance in the preparation of the annual administrative reviews
- Preparation of payment instructions and resolutions filing and scanning of documents
- Support Trust Officers in project work as well as other administrative tasks related to the administration of mandates
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years previous work experience in a comparable role
- At least 3 years of experience in the Trust Business
- STEP qualified or qualification in process
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of trust companies specific databases such as View Point preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
