TRUST ADMINISTRATOR (BANKING)

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a TRUST ADMINISTRATOR WITH BANKING EXPERIENCE. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for a German and English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Active administrative support to the Trust Officers in the set up and closing of structures; ie;
- Opening and closing mandates in the data system known as ViewPoint
- Opening of physical files
- Preparation of Checklists
- Opening of Bank Accounts
- Assistance in the preparation of the annual administrative reviews
- Preparation of payment instructions and resolutions Filing and scanning of Documents
- Support Trust Officers in project work Other administrative tasks related to the administration of the mandates

SKILLS:

- At least 3 years of experience in the Trust Business STEP qualified or in process
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of trust companies specific databases such as View Point
- Good oral in German and oral and written English skills, every other language is an advantage
