An excellent opportunity to join the Trust division of this FTSE 100. Initially covering maternity on a 6 month fixed term basis, this is a varied role providing day to day routine administration services in relation to the team's portfolio of cases, liaising with clients as required. You should have administration experience within Trust Services, or related industry. Exposure to checking & collecting Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements would be beneficial.
Main Objectives and tasks:
working with the Senior Trust Managers to ensure a smooth running of the
transactions and answering queries and resolving issues as required
administering the company's web-based service of process product
offering
dealing with administration of Premier Diversified
assisting, as required, in the administration of the company's portfolio of
bare trusteeships
paying in cheques received and preparing payment requisitions for
processing by Operations in accordance with established procedures
effecting accounting entries for all receipts and payments of cash and
securities movements
reconciling all bank accounts against accounting records
assisting with the reviews, billing and other internal controls
maintaining the cash and computerised diaries
undertaking annual reviews of cases
