Truecomp Callidus

Our prestigious client is looking for a Reporting data designer for Incentive Compensation Management (Commissioning). The candidate will be involved in Development of Commissioning/Incentive Compensation Management solution. Activity scope of this project includes requirements analyses, functional design, development of ETL flows and Truecomp Callidus configuration in the context of an Incentive Compensation Management application.

Additional Job Details:
Data design, ETL design, reporting design.

Technical skills:
PL/SQL
Good communication skills (client workshops)

Nice to have skills: 
Knowledge of Callidus, particularly the DB model is a nice-to-have
Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, AbInitio.

The role description is the following:
The client needs to implement a data transformation flow in PL/SQL taking data from Callidus Truecomp as source and pushing them to another database for reporting purpose.
Reporting (target) requirements are already existing as starting point.
The candidate will need to write detailed functional design with data transformation rules which can be understood by an offshore team to be implemented in PL/SQL.
S/He should be able to interact with both developers and business users.
The skills required are 1/knowledge of Truecomp Callidus 2/PL/SQL 3/Experience in writing detailed functional design.
