TRS Program Manager

Consultant located in Zurich

3 months of PO to start with, with possibility of transfer into permanent roles

The TRS Program Manager manage a portfolio of projects in Transmission department, executing to time, costs and quality targets.

S/He is working with engineering teams to define and agree Transmission Strategy internal Huawei and with Customer.

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

- Defining setting up and scoping new projects to meet strategy and requirements.
- Manage a Matrix organization providing end to end delivery assurance of project life cycle delivered to customer both internal and external requirements.
- Partner management to ensure timely delivery and excellent execution.
- Manage a team of Project Coordinators for swap/rollout of different TRS medias (MW, MRA, Fiber, ...)
- Manage a portfolio of projects in Transmission department. Executing to time, costs and quality targets.

Requirements:

- At least 10 years working experience in Project Management of Wireless Access Network Rollout or Swap projects
- Sound experience of Transport and Transmission Planning and TRS Rollout
- Very good communication skills internal and in Customer interface
- Good technical background and state of the art knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE systems and Transport/Transmission systems
- Fluent oral and written German and English skills, French is an asset
- Based Zurich, Willingness to travel
