TRIM Support Officer

The Trim Support Officer will report to the Helpdesk team leader, providing quality level 1 support, to the rest of the internal staff, with occasional offsite visits. This role will require you to display an extensive knowledge of TRIM configuration and its application to the business, whilst acting as the first point of contact for all IT issues and enquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Organise/Conduct occasional TRIM seminars and training sessions for staff.
- Assist in maintenance of HP TRIM EDRMS.
- Act as first point of contact for all IT matters.
- Provide level 1 Helpdesk Support within a large and fast paced environment.
- Provide support for a wide range of clients, on both a face to face basis as well as remotely; via telephone, email etc using service management software.

Requirements:

- Extensive understanding of TRIM configuration.
- Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Proven experience supporting TRIM.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Previous Helpdesk Support experience in a large environment, would be highly regarded.
