Trilingual DU/FR/ENG Business Architect/Business Transformation

Proteus Europe is searching for a trilingual DU/FR/ENG Business Architect/Business Transformation for a 4 Month+ contract role based in Brussels, Belgium.

Our Client:-
Provides retail banking solutions to individuals and small companies in Europe. It works in close cooperation with their local insurance companies to complement their financial product offering with a range of retail banking products and services.

Your New role:-

Integrated in existing dependencies effort, and followed in monthly reviews.
b. Analyse available metrics and distil key messages + validate these with operational responsibles.
When defined, they will serve to become a rallying point for action.
2. Medium Term about 2 weeks
a. Based on material gathered above, define a Business Motivation view for transforming our communication End 2 End and defend these findings to create
2/2 urgency for action (IT ComDir + selected contacts Business). This includes Framing the Problem and SWOT Analysis.
b. Integrate four above items (roadmap, dependencies, metrics + business motivation view) into a light Initiative outline that will be (in summary form) validated at CxO level (first at IT Delivery and Architecture) and will be input for short term adaptations. Identification of quick-wins is a must.
3. Medium Term, prepare longer term 2 months
a. Deliver overall guidelines for all communications incoming and outgoing, all types and all lines of business + obtain validation of these at Transformation and CxO level.
b. Develop a Long Term roadmap that can guide an entire transformation of our company concerning communications. Secure this roadmap in upcoming budget decisions (2018 + preparations for 2018 already to be planned in 2017 - "G1")
c. Define transition states toward this roadmap that may be applicable for platforms or projects; identify dependencies and conflicts with these projects and define progress trackers against the roadmap and transition states ("next steps")
4. Perform a handover towards BTP colleagues and IT Architects, so that they appropriate and can defend the detailed next steps ("evangelizers")

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:-
Minimum 3 years' experience in communication or document management is a prerequisite, but should be demonstrated against an E2E transformation context
Experience in planning, interdependencies and roadmapping
Be able to quickly distil information that is already available into presentable content; be a quick learner
Thinking out of the (classical) box, in a digital oriented and E2E way is a must.
Digital native preferred, at least be able to prove mindset of how a digital approach is so much more different than a classical one
Be able to both create material that is understandable at a CxO level and taking care that all underlying material (guidelines, roadmap ) are not limited to slogans delivery teams and IT architecture shall be able to use it right away
Speak/write FR and NL fluently + written English
Be able to adapt your style according to the situation and to the different stakeholders
Good communication skills overall, good at networking and influencing at all level, from staff members to senior management
Be a team player; this is a transversal effort that needs all the others (people and projects) in order to succeed
