WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for Inbound Calls, Emails, Online Requests for Services and routing referrals for the Long Term Services and Support Department
- Performing Data entry and maintain Confidentiality with members information
- Coordinate between programs and assist with the communication when communicating with members
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree
- At least one (1) year or experience as a Triage Coordinator in a Managed Care and Long Term Services and Support Department
- Strong Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skill
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in Long Term Services and Support Department
- Triage Coordinator Experience in a Managed Care Setting
- Medical Terminology/Medical Assistant Certificate
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Medical Assistant Certificate
- Microsoft Access and/or PowerPoint
