Role Title: Treasury Regulatory Reporting - Business Analyst
Location: Central London
Daily Rate: £400 - £475 per day

Role Content

Testing -
* STB - regulatory reporting system-working with STB resource and desk resources to cover build testing and anticipated outputs
* MLC (internal credit system) results- Working with internal Risk system experts / desk resources and STB resource to test Collateral / Netting and exposure outputs from the Treasury Risk system
* BoE - Working with the desk BoE Reporting specialist to support testing (including new upcoming changes) and processes - Based on BoE Balance Sheet and other reportable outputs.
* PRA (IRR) - Working with desk resource to test all the outputs from IRR reporting compared to the STB system - including reconciliation testing
* COREP - Working with desk, programme and STB resource to assist in testing and implementing the COREP reporting suite
* Pillar III - Working with the regulatory reporting desk test resource covering input and output report testing for Pillar III outputs
* GDRS (internal consolidation and reporting tool)- Working with desk and internal colleagues in Central Finance regulatory reporting team - coding and testing outputs for the internal consolidation system for Regulatory and Financial data as required by the Central Finance regulatory reporting team (these are based in Edinburgh so modest travel may be required)
Documentation -
* Full documenting of testing and processes covered whilst on the desk - to be completed by the end of the contract
BAU -
* Support may be needed to back fill in business as usual activities - covering regulatory reporting from daily up to annual reporting - as the need arises
* Any other relevant support as needed

Person Specification
Essential

Highly experienced in Testing / Implementation of new regulatory reporting & systems.
Highly knowledgeable / experienced in UK Bank (BIPRU) Regulatory reporting - including both PRA and BoE
High awareness of regulatory change - including COREP / CRDIV and changes forthcoming to Bank of England reporting
Experienced in BAU Regulatory Reporting and working to tight deadlines
Detail orientated
An ability to communicate effectively and in a clear way with many stakeholders from different areas and backgrounds across a number of project streams

Desirable - / Important
Experienced in the (Lombard Risk) STB Regulatory Reporting system
Qualified / QBE Accountant / Highly Skilled Finance Professional with significant FS experience

Desirable - But Non-Essential

Wider knowledge of the work of a Treasury unit within a UK Retail banking environment
Experience in a Treasury unit reporting
Working knowledge of a Treasury Risk system
