A Market leading blue chip Bank is looking for a Project Manager to work within a Treasury QRM Project. QRM ("Quantative Risk Management") is a vendor platform that is being implemented to effect interest rate risk reporting and hedging across the entire banking book. Program coverage is across Retail, Card, Wealth, Corporate, Africa, Western Europe and Treasury cluster business lines. This cluster lead role is responsible for the inception, planning and delivery of QRM across a specific business Cluster. Will require experience in project managing change programs that involve significant data sourcing component and an experience in delivering change in a Finance and balance sheet environment.

KNOWLEDGE:

Strong understanding of a balance sheet and asset and liability management essential. Must have delivered change within these domains.

Previous project and change management experience preferred

Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle

Understanding or experience of working within a large Treasury and Finance projects.

SKILLS:

Has gravitas and can interact with Stakeholders (Heads of Treasury, COOs)

Project delivery skills (planning, estimating, controls, reporting)

Relationship/Partnership Approach

Ability to influence, persuade and motivated to succeed

EXPERIENCE:

Experienced in Treasury specifically in the specialist subject matter area QRM

Strong knowledge of Banking Book Products in a Retail or Corporate environment

Strong understanding of Interest Rate Risk, methodologies and Banking regulatory Framework

Experience guiding and working with test teams. Experience coordinating user testing, issue resolution and retesting.
