Treasury Manager

Treasury Manager required immediately for a 6 month contract based in London working for a Global Mining Company.

You will be primarily responsible for providing the treasury support to certain group entities and joint ventures within the corporate centre and regional businesses, as well as supporting projects/activities within the market execution and cash management teams.

The ideal candidate would have the following experience:

* Graduate level degree and additional qualification ideally in Treasury or Corporate Finance, or professional accounting qualifications eg MCT/AMCT, or CFA, or ACA/CPA (public accounting);

.Proven experience in international treasury and in providing business unit treasury support;

.The ability to analyse/identify/recommend/implement the most appropriate treasury solution taking into account the various stakeholders requirements (eg tax, legal and commercial);

.The ability to develop and foster appropriate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advisors and colleagues;

.Strong leadership with the ability to influence other teams without direct management authority;

.Excellent communication skills showing confidence and persuasiveness in dealing with senior management/internal stakeholders; and

.Sound general understanding of accounting and tax standards.
