Tier One Investment Bank is looking to appoint a Product Controller with extensive experience within Treasury function you will work within the FX space. Canary Wharf 6 months

Description:
-Review and explain the Treasury Funding PL and Global Money Markets ( GMM) PL
-Ensure that the books and records of Treasury and GMM are correctly stated, and allocations to other business lines are fully understood.
-Review and present monthly management information packs covering GMM PL, funding books P&L, Liquidity books P&L and Collateral books P&L to Treasury Front Office.
-Work closely with Treasury Front Office to understand their needs with regard to management information and balance sheet analysis.
-Analyse and explain material moves in the BS of GMM and Funding books
-Work with Line PC to understand and resolve funding allocation issues.
-Become a subject matter expert in Funding and FX policy to ensure that support and guidance can be provided to other business lines.
-Involvement in Treasury PC project book of work and interaction with other project teams on the implementation of bank wide initiatives.
-Line management responsibility for one ENO. Responsible for delegating work and ensuring that it is completed in a timely manner and to the highest possible standard
-Work closely with Wroclaw based TPC team under the specialization model

All Skills need to be CLEARLY VISIBLE within your CV/Application:
-Experience in Product Control
-Good exposure to financial markets and products in a PC role
-Good working knowledge of Excel and macros required
-Good knowledge of ledger accounting.
-Previous experience or a solid understanding of a Treasury function would be advantageous
-Ability to communicate well both verbally and written communications
-Team player and self starter
-Qualified accountant, ACA, CIMA or ACCA desirable
-Line Management experience is also desirable but not a requirement
