Our Innovative Financial Services client is seeking a Financial Change Project Manager to lead a large Finance transformation project. The ideal candidate will have worked on a number of finance change projects within the regulatory space. Project Manager will be responsible for shaping, assessing and initiating delivery of change projects between the business and IT.

To be considered you must have-
* Experience of Treasury Wholesale Funding, Regulatory reporting including EBA COREP/FINREP.
* Experience working in Financial Services industry.
* Worked with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers to design innovative solutions and establish requirements and priorities
* Familiarity with both ITIL and Agile project methodologies
* Mobilised and managed through to BAU projects and change initiatives
* Candidates will have worked on a number of Finance Transformation projects.

The client is looking for a project manager with treasury and regulatory knowledge and experience to lead a large financial transformation change project. The role sits within a transformational team and has significant responsibility for assisting the business in making significant changes to their treasury and financial reporting capability.

Your responsibilities will be-

- Develop and maintain a disciplined change control process
- Ensure the project adheres to the Change Book of Standard Procedures and governance framework
- Be responsible for communication of the project to all relevant parties as and when required to keep the project on track and manage expectations of all stakeholders
- Own and manage the project budget, including the maintenance of financial data
- Assess, monitor and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions using a RAID log and ensure that all potential and emerging threats

This is an interim role based in the North East, paying £575-£620 per day.
