For our client in BASEL we are looking for a TRD QA ADMIN for a 5-MONTH contract.

JOB TITLE: TRD QA ADMIN

DURATION: ASAP TO 31/03/2019 (EXTENSION POSSIBLE)

LOCATION: BASEL

WORKLOAD: 100%

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant, who has excellent communication skills and experience working with different stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Administrative Assistance to the QA group
* Administrative management of GMP documents in different IT systems
* Compilation of data in different format eg from contracts or Databases to Excel tables
* Archiving of GMP paper documents
* Scanning of documents, archiving in IT Systems
* Tracking activities: Due Date, signature of documents (Sending reminders) & Collection of signatures
* Management of TRD QA Intranet/SharePoint
* Management of TRD QA generic email
* Review and compile GMP documents for GMP compliance

MUST HAVE:
* English is a must, German or French is a plus
* Being comfortable with IT systems

* Able to work in a team
* Good communication and contact skills to allow collaboration with different stakeholders
