Travel Technician - Secret Clearance

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TRAVEL TECHNICIAN to join our client in Quincy, Massachusetts.

POSSESSION OF A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Technical Support throughout the country.

Job Qualifications:
- Security + Certified
- Advanced Active Directory Knowledge and Experience
- Advanced Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft products (specifically XP Operating Systems)
- Advanced Knowledge of a COTS ticketing system (preferably Remedy or Heat)
- Please note that all technicians will be trained on SM7 for incident reporting
- Knowledge of Common Access Card (CAC)
- Knowledge of printers (network and stand-alone, multiple vendors)
- Exceptional customer support skills
- ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50LBS
- Able to work with minimal direction
- Able to quickly identify and resolve issues and follow set escalation paths when/if required
- ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL ON SHORT NOTICE AND CONSISTENTLY UP TO 90% OF THE MONTH.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Navy customer (prior NMCI experience is a plus, prior military experience is helpful)
