My NHS client is looking for a Travel Officer to provide temporary cover for a vacant position at their Trust. This position will involve managing all aspects of transport and travel for the Trust which includes; Courier Transport, Patient Transport, alternative travel providers and Taxi contracts, lease car fleet and all associated service providers. The successful candidate will also assist the Estates Manager and act as the principal operational liaison for operational issues between the Trust and its principal transport service contractors.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience of managing transport related contracts
Experience of working in a Facilities role/environment
Knowledge of travel and transport strategy in the NHS

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Good level of education - further education qualification in relevant discipline
