Travel and Entertainment Financial Analyst

My Client a multinational Pharmaceutical Company based at Walton Oaks in Surrey are looking for a Travel and Expense Auditor with responsibility for researching and resolving financial queries.
To determine, and help remediate, the level of non-compliance within T&E expense reports for the UK business. To review expense reports and their associated receipts to identify items that are non compliant with UK Travel and Entertainment Policy and MAPP.

Specific responsibilities:
To perform a thorough initial sample testing of approximately 400 T&E expense reports, working with Procurement, GRCC and GFS to ensure that a representative sample is selected, and that testing performed is thorough enough to be able to benchmark existing levels of compliance.
To report back findings in sufficient detail to highlight key messages and detailed actions required, and to drive further testing and suggest remedial actions required.
To perform further monthly testing as required, being approximately 100 expense reports per month, to provide ongoing monitoring of issues and/or assurance regarding ongoing compliance.
