TRANSPORTATION MANAGER/BEERSE, BELGIUM/2 MONTHS CONTRACT/55 TO 72 EUR (PER HOUR)

Transportation Manager with technology experience required to join Johnson & Johnson on a contract basis.

TRANSPORTATION MANAGER

- A background in transportation/logistics, technology and business processes with min. 5 years of proven project experience.
- Analytical and organization skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Business Warehouse, Data repositories, Data Management, ERP (JDE, SAP,
- Ability to perform complex analysis and simulations using different tools.
- Successful track record of developing and implementing transportation/logistics, supply chain technology solutions and business processes.
- Proven experience in working in highly complex environment.
- Track record of success in delivering business results.

CRITICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE `OTD PROJECT` FOR CONSUMER, PHARMA, MEDICAL:

1. DEVELOP A CLEAR FRAMEWORK:

a. Assess ` as is` landscape

b. Identify technology barriers

c. Develop the new vision focusing on E2E visibility to enable prioritized actions

d. Define a clear scope

e. Develop a project roadmap that includes `Decision Support` (Modeling and Scenario Analytics to support Business Decision`)

2. PROCESS DESIGN:

a. Develop detail process maps

b. Identify and define technical requirements for OTD Business Process Automation and Data Integrity

c. Determine design priorities engaging key stakeholders

d. Develop a comprehensive project plan

e. Include Simplified Data Integration and Connectivity (flexibility to add and switch suppliers)

3. PROJECT EXECUTION:

a. Build and Test Reporting functionalities

b. Refine System Configuration and Controls

c. Streamline Reporting to build Business Insights

d. Automation, Self-service, Lights-Out Processing

e. Includes Knowledge Transfer (implement work shadowingbuild consensus and look for collaboration with people from different organizations
