Overview -
Responsible for the safe and efficient operations, particularly the Electrical and mechanical sub-systems (Power, Catenary or third rail, Platform Screen Doors, Rolling Stock etc) during this test and installation period.
Will Issue necessary Temporary Operation Procedures related to the scope
Ensure multiple tasks, projects can be accessed and completed.
Obtain rules and regulations that are required by clients, and Temporary Operation Procedures for the matters beyond the scope of responsibilities.
Ensure all staff are compliant and trained on the Temporary Operations Procedures, regulations etc.

Role Essential -
*To protect all staff against moving vehicles, live catenary or third rail, dangers of live 22kV power by proper creation, monitoring and implementation of Temporary Operation Procedures.
*The Temporary Operation Rules & Regulations to cover - Safety, Manual ops of turnouts, handling of incident, work approval, catenary isolation and more.
*Will recruit, train and manage the staff necessary to - control works on track or in technical room, operate Traction Power Supply and Signalling.
*Define protection measure to be adhered with each step of the extension of the area made available to the Test Trains.
*Issue Test Train Daily Operation Schedule, including Test Train related activities, including approved works on tracks or technical rooms.
*Control and issue Train Movement Request
