Transport Coordinator with profound Supply Chain Management knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Supply Chain Management or Business Management degree
- 3+ years' working experience with Supply Chain Management, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector
- Expertise in distribution models and systems, transportation and channel management
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry as well as European third-party logistics market
- Good knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is advantageous
YOUR TASKS:
- Providing Business Performance Reviews as well as managing regular communication and reporting on key transportation metrics
- Collaborating with stakeholders to establish effective concepts and processes for the transportation of medical products
- Supporting the QA teams with Deviations management, data analytics, risk mitigation plans, Change Requests and other QA investigations and also supporting the consolidation of all logistics data to bring transparency on the performance
- Sourcing as well as selecting contract management and deployment of transport partner with Procurement
- Verifying and approving transport invoices of selected network carriers
