Projektbeschreibung
The Transmission Engineer (PDH, SDH, ATM, Ethernet, IP) will be ensuring that the faults are identified, raised, investigated, escalated and resolved within agreed SLA's .
RESPONSIBILITIES ;
- Take ownership of OLO faults, managing them through to resolution or escalating where required
- Ensuring all faults and service interruptions are captured in the trouble ticketing systems
- Interface with and provide assistance to other teams in the ARC to ensure SLA's and KPI's .
Transmission Engineer (PDH, SDH, ATM, Ethernet, IP) skills required;
- Microwave (MW), PDH, SDH, ATM, Ethernet and IP
- Understanding of telecommunications practices and standards
- Knowledge of mobile systems ( GSM/UTMS ) and LTE
