Cincinnati Children's Research Foundation's premier Gene Therapy Translational Core Facility is currently seeking a Laboratory Director. The position is a faculty position at an Instructor/Assistant Professor (field service track) level, depending on the individual's qualifications.

This Translational Laboratory provides expertise in support of early phase clinical trials with a specialty in development and qualification of high complexity molecular and cellular assays and offers in-vivo and in-vitro safety toxicology studies designed to meet GLP requirements. The laboratory is CAP/CLIA accredited and has a diverse portfolio of high complexity assays that are not offered by traditional clinical labs, including unique laboratory developed clinical diagnostic tests for rare diseases such as Fanconi Anemia and Lymphangioleiomyomatosis.
