Transition to Support Manager with Sharepoint Knowledge

For our end client in The Hague we are looking for a Transition to Support manager with Sharepoint knowledge.

About the job:
Influences and reviews the approvals for the transition of new services to operations.
Working to the SharePoint Support Model to ensure new services/products are integrated to deliver an Enterprise Service that the business requires. The scope of TTS covers classic service management activities but also end user engagement and influencing behavioural change.

Key tasks include
-Working with project teams to introduce new services and products
-Chair Transition to Support Checklist meetings
-Track and monitor progress of transition to support activities, escalating where appropriate
-Provide advice and guidance to project teams on the SharePoint Service Model
-Represent SharePoint Service Management at project advisory board meetings, planning meetings and service meetings.
-Review and pre-approve relevant project documentation (ie High Level Design, Service Descriptions, Risk Assessments)
-Agree deployment plans for early adopters (SG4 to SG5)
-Review progress/issues relating to SG4-SG5 and assist in remediation plans
-Tracking conditionals SG signoffs to resolution.
