Transition Specialist - PRINCE2, ITIL

TRANSITION SPECIALIST - (ROLES WILL BE EITHER DUBLIN OR BELFAST BASED)

We have immediate positions to fill in our team supporting the transition of services into the production environment, for a leading Telecommunications Company in Dublin and Belfast. Rates are dependent upon experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global market leader in its field and you will be joining a high performing team.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS WILL INCLUDE:

- Work with the project manager to ensure that services are fit for operation prior to go live.
- Lead on large complex/major deals, guiding teams of experienced professionals on a strategic approach to delivery, project plan content, commercials, tactics, internal and external negotiation
- Produce detailed support documentation for use by 1st and 2nd line technical teams
- Schedule creation of test scripts, test plans and results
- Provide the Project Manager with timely updates on specific service transition activities
- Deliver presentations before go live on end to end service models
- Liaise with and influence technical architects and engineers to provide detailed design documentation and support for transition activities
- Ensure any operations issues and risks with service are identified, logged and managed.
- Knowledge of/certification in PRINCE2 and ITIL an advantage
