Transition Manager Unified Communication

Transition Manager Unified Communication with profound VoIP skills wanted for our Zurich based client in the insurance sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Know-how in transition and transformation as well as project coordination
- Background in the area of Unified communication, network, video, SIP Trunking and IP-telephony (design and engineering)
- Expertise in the area of Microsoft Unified Communication and Cisco Unified Communication products
- Experience with IP Telephony/VoIP as well as IP Networking in a project or support role, 1+ years preferred
- Knowledge of technical documentation specification, review and updates is necessary, experience with Agile methodology ie Scrum is advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Being responsible for transition and implementation of services and products within the Unified Communication Domain
- Transitioning of existing contract obligations and tasks to a new provider without service interruptions
- Delivering and coordinating Unified Communication initiatives following the client's agile methodology standards (Scrum)
- Interacting with and managing stakeholder
- Working with the technical staff, product owner, scrum master, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure all activities are tracked and delivered
