Transition Manager/Transition Service Administrator

My client is a Global organisation undergoing major change and Transformation. The organisation is implementing new technology and transitioning services associated with their technology.

This role is based in Barcelona, however fits into a truly Global programme, as such applicants with experience of Global organisations and global programmes will be preferred.

The Transition Service Administrator will be the link between IT and Legal department, specifically helping to Manage the Transitional Service Agreement process from one service to another. As such the selected candidate shall work with IT to ensure inputs are completed and of suitable quality.

You shall be required to work with Regional IT owners to ensure content completion, support the Transitional Service Agreement process and manages the collation, collection and storage of all documentation for the process.

Specific skills required are:

- At least 3 years' experience in an ITIL environment.
- Experience in supporting IT service transition & transformation
- Ability to provide timely and accurate responses to information and data requests.
- Ability to work in a team across multiple sites
- Multinational background required & large global project experience
- Reliable and autonomous, attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Some travel might be required
