TRANSITION MANAGER SAP HR CLOUD/SUCCESSFACTORS (F/M)

Our client is one of the world's largest financial services companies, for over a hundred years and with over 20 million customers. As Transition Manager SAP HR Cloud/SuccessFactors you will take responsibility for developing and executing the project plan SuccessFactors implementation and HR integration elements together with the Group HR

YOUR TASKS:

- Responsible for working with central HR Transformation team as well as group HR to manage all HR elements of the German deployment
- Resposible for liaising between the German project team and the HR Transformation engineering teams
- Resposible for providing status updates and reproting to Business and Management

YOUR PROFILE:

- Experience of HR and HR transformation projects
- Profound SuccessFactors knowledge and proven project experience
- Must be able to lead on the SuccessFactors elements of the deployment (esp. EC+Rec., LMS, TM, PM, Comp, VP, etc.)
- Strong project and stakeholder management experience
- Practical Experience with (industrialized) rollout of (HR) IT business solutions
- Fluent English
