The primary objectives of this role is to look at the transformational state of their current digital space whilst creating an Online customer experience and identifying how it would impact the business to ensure that it works.
The ideal candidate must have experience of SWAT analysis with a strong understanding of people and operational management within a complex environment, excellent understanding of KPI's/Performance and delivery are also essential for this role.
Any previous experience of working on similar projects within an insurance/finance background would be advantageous.
