Transition Manager

Main location: Eindhoven
Other locations: Nijmegen and possibly international travel to other client sites
Start date: ASAP
End date: 31/03/2016, with option to extend
Hours a week: 40

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced project manager that can successfully lead the transition of the clients test data analysis community from their current tooling (dataPOWER Expert) and way-of-working to the new way-of-working and tooling (dataPOWER VSF). This in close collaboration with the end-users, who are distributed over the globe and currently still have different ways of working. Assisted by the project team consisting of experts in the EDAM (Engineering Data Analysis Management) domain. The total transition is expected to take roughly one year.

DELIVERABLES:

- Standardized way of working for test data analysis
- Required analysis scripts and templates in place
- All users migrated from dataPOWER Expert to dataPOWER VSF
- dataPOWER Expert no longer in use

SKILLS:

- Able to manage change in a multi-site organization > 5 years
- Define and execute transition steps in a complex technical environment > 5 years
- Agile Project Management Certified (preferred) or PRINCE2 - 3-5 years
- Knowledge about ITIL processes 1-3 years
- Situational leadership, maintain clear project governance > 5 years
- Multiple years relevant working experience in IT and/or R finisher.
- Independent, pro-active and takes up responsibility.
- Able to analyze and resolve issues in a structured way.
