Transition Coordinator

My Client are a well known leading Asset Management Firm in Edinburgh, who currently require a Transition Coordinator to work within the Business Operations function.

This job is for an individual who is familiar with the portfolio management industry and in particular transition management. The successful candidate will deal primarily with transitioning assets.

Key experience required includes costing, custody experience, transferring assets and a general understanding of the reconciliation process

Responsibilities for this job include:

Providing information to and assisting the Transition Managers and other portfolio managers to enable them to manage clients' investment
Monitoring the settlement of transition free of payment trades and cash movements on client accounts
Recording all important transition activity for reporting and audit trail purposes
