Transition and Transformation Project Manager - End User Computing

For a major client of ours, a large corporate based in Zurich, Swisslinx is searching End User Computing/Services project managers for a long term transformation project.

The successful candidates will take part in a massive global transition and transformation programme and will be responsible for managing various work packages in the areas of End User Computing and End User Services across the globe. This will involve extensive supplier & vendor management and negotiation and will require expert knowledge in order to ensure that the client's best practice guideline are met.

We are looking for project or programme managers who have experience working globally (physically, not virtually, in EMEA, APAC & AMER) who have recently been involved in transition and/or transformation projects in the following areas, for example:

- Desktop Migration
- Help Desk Transition
- Service Desk Transition/Establishment
- User Interface Migration

Strong preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

- ITIL v3 Service Strategy
- Prince2
- PMP
- CCTA
- Prosci: ADKAR
