Transformational Change and OD Specialist (HR & OD)

Projektbeschreibung

This is an exciting and challenging role for an exceptional HR/OD professional to become a key member of dedicated team who will manage a critical programme for this NHS client.

Due to the current challenges faced by the NHS our client is undergoing a Workforce and organisation restructuring programme to support Cost Improvement Plans, with changes planned to take effect in March 2013.

As a result an experienced Transformational Change & OD Project Manager is required to ensure successful delivery of this programme. Reporting to the Director of Organisational Development and with the support of two Employee Relations specialists you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify areas of savings within the Workforce across given areas and execute accordingly. In addition to this your skills and experience will be required to re-structure these areas to ensure they continue to provide an effective service after the rationalisation has taken place.

As with many programmes of this nature there is a degree of uncertainty and unrest amongst the stakeholders so previous experience delivering a similar project, ideally within the NHS is essential.

Skills/experience required:

- Delivering a workforce restructure project in the NHS
- Conducting consultations
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills
- Superb gravitas
- A degree of analytical skills
