Transformation Transition project manager - 6 months rolling based in Zurich Switzerland
My client is a leading retailer who urgently require a Transformation/Transition Service Manager with ITIL Expert certification. You will lead and oversee the end to end Service Integration and Operations engagement with the End User Computing Transformation Programme delivering the business' critical EUC Service. You will act as the Service Integration and Operations SME to ensure all service requirements are included to deliver an effective and efficient service in line with the business' standard models, procedures and responsibilities. In addition you will oversee the Design, Transition, Implementation and Support of the Service Transition, overseeing the "lift and shift" of Service from one key vendor to another.
To be considered you must be a Transformation and Transition Project Manager with a wealth of Transformation/Transition Service Management experience, large environments will also be considered. You must be ITIL Expert certified, with a broad Service Integration and Service Management background. Previous experience with Service Introduction and also taking High Level Design into Low Level Design will be key. An understanding of End User Computing including Citrix, Desktop, AD etc would be an advantage.
