Initially you shall be tasked with drafting a business case for an integrated model for Adult services. This will be the blueprint for a future target operating model for the Council. Once this business case has gone through political sign off, your role will be to start implementation phase.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience of leading an Adult Social Care transformation programme
- Operated at Head of Service or Assistant Director level within Adult Social Care
- Excellent written skills
- Knowledge of the Better Care Fund and Care Act
