Rate: very competitive
Travel: in the region, up to 25-50% travel may be required

As part of a Global Programme, Our Client is transforming our global compute operations to external, offshore, third party organisations. In addition, we have formed a Global Technology Services group who will be responsible for delivering technology operations solutions and we are building a new operating model to support and sustain this. The Transformation Manager will be required to lead this transformation to the new operating model and deliver a fully operational steady state operating model for the sustain organisation to operate, govern and deliver technology services to the Europe sectors as per the global model. Drawing upon previous transformation project management experience gained through the successful delivering similar high profile transformations and operating model implementations, the Transformation Manager will employ project management, service delivery and change management expertise that he/she will have developed through previous work.

Service Delivery
*Deliver sustain operating model to ensure that service provider is delivering service to agreed SLA and meets business needs
*In conjunction with global Compute, Service Management, Supplier Relationship and Asset management teams ensure that all of the Operating Model processes and resources are defined and available for Europe & PWF
*Implement demand and delivery model to ensure that new requirements demand forecast is captured, requests are processed, provisioned and delivered
*Ensure that the Europe & PWF Compute Delivery and Engagement team are trained, proficient and competent in the operating model
*Develop and build engagement model between Europe & PWF Compute Delivery and Engagement and Technology Service Delivery Manager (SDM) team
*In conjunction with Sector Transition and Regional Transformation Project managers ensure effective handover of services to sustain Delivery and Engagement team

Project Planning (including)
*Produce detailed project plans to manage interdependencies
*To take full responsibility for the organisation of the Operating Model Transformation
*Additional (Region based) project management resource
*Internal resource (mix technical and non technical)
*Stakeholder management

Skills/Experience
*Experience of Service Delivery management of services from offshore third parties
*Experience in managing deliverables via 3rd party vendors in a high profile and/or technically complex enterprise solution
*Experience of working a multi-country culturally diverse environment
*Full life cycle Project Management
*Excellent Communication Skills
*ITIL Experience/Qualification desirable
